Karline (Kay) Dubuisson, a Palmer Theological Seminary graduate, is an ordained elder in the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference.
Kay brings a heart for Community Outreach, Christian Education, Spiritual Formation, and Pastoral Care to her ministry. As a preacher and teacher, she draws on her own failures and shortcomings as well as her achievements and successes to deliver God’s Word as well as encourage the hopeless with messages that are inspirational, timely, and relevant. As a former Nurse and Social Worker, Kay loves to talk, meet, walk alongside of, and fellowship with people from all walks of life. She has a passion for sharing God’s love through meaningful relationships and experiences.
Kay has served in different capacities in the Palisades District and the Annual Conference: Circuit Elder, Chair of Connectional Table, Chair of Ethnic Local Church Concerns, Palisades District Poverty Task, and BMCR.
Kay is supported in ministry by her husband Edvard, and their four children. In her free time, Kay enjoys reading, watching movies, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
